Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee if you are not satisfied with the product.

• To cancel an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your Order ID.

Refund Policy

We proudly offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

After the returned product is received and verified, your refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and approved.

• The refund will be credited to the original payment method whenever possible.

• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will offer either:

• A full refund, or

• A replacement product at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or cancellations may not be approved if:

• The request is made after the eligible return period.

• The product has been intentionally damaged or misused.

• Proof of purchase is not available.

• The product was purchased from an unauthorized seller.
